" If you need any home repair work done around your house, Ryan is the person to see. His work is top quality, finished on time, and his prices are more than fair. What's more, he goes that extra mile to ensure that whatever project he is working on for you is done correctly the first time. We had Ryan replace the wooden flashing on the front of our house as well paint the whole outside of the house and replace the wooden fencing around the back yard. Rather than use wood for the flashing (and having to replace it when it began to warp and split) Ryan suggested using PVC which looks exactly like the wood flashing right down to the wood grain. All we have to do now is repaint every few years. The replacement fence far exceeds the "community standard" used in our development since Ryan added extra braces and rather than just nail on the boards, each board is screwed into the support beams between the fence posts (which are completely buried in concrete). Ryan was recommended to us by a property manager who swore that if you wanted something done right the first time and have the work last, then he is your go-to-person.
